Made-to-order items & returns
Each piece is made to order, especially for you. Please review the product details, measurements, colors, and sizing before placing your order.
- Furniture: All made-to-order furniture sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
- Clothing: Clothing returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number within this period for return instructions.
- Return shipping: The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs of a clothing return.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue. These return terms do not limit any rights that apply by law.
If your shipment is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact Discrete Unlimited with your order number. For damage, include photos of the item and packaging and keep the packaging while we investigate. We will help you review the shipment and available next steps.
